Notes when staying in San Pedro Sula, Honduras:
1) You should not drink the water out of the tap in Honduras- for new travellers, even brushing your teeth with tap water may be an option to avoid! Purified water is almost always availalable- ask!
2) A Taxi from the airport to town should be about $10 usd total, not per person. Agree on this ahead of time. Be vigilent about your safety in San Pedro Sula.
3) San Pedro Sula is not a town to go off exploring by yourself- safety is a serious issue here. You will likely not have any issues at any of the hotels below, but be sure to take a cab to any destinations.
