As of now (December 09), there is just 1 Local commercial carrier, SOSA Airlines, that flies to Utila.
Arriving to Utila:
Flights to Utila are with SOSA Airlines from San Pedro Sula and La Ceiba on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 2:30pm. There is also a San Pedro Sula to Utila direct flight on Saturdays at 2:30pm as well. See flight details below.
Departing from Utila:
Flights from Utila to La Ceiba, continuing on to San Pedro Sula, are with SOSA Airlines on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 6:20am. See flight details below.
Connecting Between San Pedro Sula and La Ceiba:
Can be done via SOSA Airlines, and Islena/TACA also provides later afternoon and evening service from SAP to LCE. See flight details below. You can also take the Hedman Alas bus or local bus.
Flying Between Utila and Roatan
Note that there are NO commercial airlines from Roatan to Utila, however, private charters are available at afforadable prices.

• SAP to Utila, flight #065
Mon/Wed/Fridays- departs San Pedro Sula at 2:30pm arrive 3:45pm.
Saturdays – departs San Pedro Sula at 2:30pm arrives in Utila at 3pm
Prices are $116 usd one way; $222 usd round trip.
Note: This flight on Mon/Wed/Fri can also be booked just to La Ceiba, and will often stop in La Ceiba or even Roatan, en route to Utila.
• LCE to Utila, flight #044:
Mon/Wed/Fri – departs La Ceiba at 3:30pm; connects with same flight as above, arriving Utila at 3:45pm
Prices are $55 usd one way; $102usd round trip
• Utila to LCE, flight #041 continuing on to SAP:
Tues/Thurs/Sat – departs Utila at 6:20am. arrives in La Ceiba at 6:30am and in San Pedro Sula at 8:25am.
