There are a variety of long term rentals on Utila. As a guideline, the least expensive 1 bedroom with kitchen will run about $350 usd a month plus electric. For about $500 usd, you can get a nice, USA/Canada/Europe style apartment rental, 1 bedroom, sometimes 2. Note that for almost all long term rentals, electricity is generally not included, and can get expensive, so you’ll need to factor that in. Some of the listings have direct websites, but most do not. We’ll be adding phone numbers as we get them. Once you get to Utila, you can just walk around and see some signs posted. Here are some options as well:
